You’re Not Stuck.
You’re Running a Pattern.

And patterns can be changed...Especially when you work at the level they were created.

What if you’re asking the wrong question?

Most of us ask “why”?

Why did I react that way?
Why can’t I change?
Why does this keep happening?

Why don’t I see more choices?

Understanding has value.

But understanding doesn’t always change what happens next.

Identity Engineering asks a different question.

How?

• How do I become steady in an unsteady world?

• How do I remain my best self under pressure?

• How do I respond instead of react?

• How do I intentionally shape who I'm becoming?

“Why?” helps us understand yesterday.
“How?” shapes today... and tomorrow.

Hi, I’m Ann.

For over 20 years, I’ve been fascinated by one question:

Why do people who are capable, intelligent, and motivated…
still find themselves repeating the same patterns?

The answer isn’t willpower.

It’s the subconscious patterns running underneath it.

When your conscious identity clashes with your subconscious patterns,
change starts to feel like a constant battle.

What I Do

I help people intentionally shape the identities they want to live from.

  • Sometimes that means strengthening qualities they already love about themselves so those strengths become more consistent and accessible under pressure.

  • Sometimes it means redesigning identity patterns that no longer serve them—patterns that create stress, self-doubt, unhealthy habits, or automatic reactions.

  • And sometimes it means restoring parts of themselves that have become buried beneath stress, life experiences, or old ways of coping, so they can reconnect with the person they know they're capable of being.

I call this Identity Engineering.

Just as engineers intentionally design, improve, restore, and maintain complex systems, Identity Engineering is the intentional process of restoring, strengthening, and creating the internal patterns that shape how we think, feel, and respond.

The goal isn't to become someone else.

My goal as an IPR & Hypnosis Practitioner is to strengthen the identities my clients love, redesign the ones that no longer serve them, and restore the parts of themselves that have been hidden by stress, habit, or trauma.
